How to bypass FRP protection on the iTel City 100 using the unlocking tool
The iTel City 100 uses a Spreadtrum processor (SPD). To remove the Google account (FRP) after a factory reset, we can use the powerful unlocking tool by leveraging the common identifier shared by modern Tecno devices.
Requirements:
A computer with the unlocking tool installed (activated).
Properly installed SPD drivers to ensure phone detection.
An original USB data cable.
Detailed steps:
1. Configure the tool and select the interface
Open the unlocking tool interface and log in.
In the top menu, go to the Tech tab.
2. Selection of the compatible model
Since the iTel City 100 shares the same software architecture as modern Tecno devices, we will select the following configuration:
Search for the model: Tecno Spark Go 2024.
After selecting the model, choose the option:
[SPRD] Factory Reset + Clear FRP
3. Connect the phone and start the process
Completely turn off the iTel City 100.
Press and hold the volume down button.
While holding it down, connect the USB cable to the phone.
You will notice that the program begins to recognize the phone (starting up) and begins the erasing process.
4. Completion of the process
Wait a few seconds until the word "OK" appears in green next to the "Format" and "Delete FRP" fields.
Disconnect the cable and turn on your phone. You'll see that the account lock has been successfully removed. [Image of the process completed successfully]
