saludos colegas, para darle reset a esta tablet el cual no pude sacarlo por recovery xq quedaba reinicicando
tuve que usar la nck
en su modulo mtk
elegir el procesador mt6582
luego reset privacy
y conectar el celular apagado con la bateria conectada y presionando volumen menos...
si trataba de hacerlo de otro modo me daba error de no soportado...
