1.- abrir administrador de dispositivos y tener desplegado la lista de puertos
2.- forzar reinicio con volumen (-) y power al mismo tiempo, sin soltar presionar rapidamente el boton volumen (+) varias veces hasta ver que aparece el puerto Qualcomm de no aparecer a la primera, no soltar los botones de volumen y power esto forzara cada determinado tiempo el reinicio y no dejar de presionar el volumen (+).
3.-abrir Hydra tool en la pestaña qualcomm
4.- seleccionar el puerto y elegir boot info. (cargara automaticamente el loader y nos dara la informacion del dispositivo.
5.- ir a la pestaña PM
6.-click en listing partitions
7.- localizar la particion FRP y marcarla
8.- click en boton erase select y eseperar a que realice el proceso.
9.- ya estara sin cuenta, es recomendable realizar un hard reset.
