lo 1ro conectar apagado,veran que los drivers no los reconoce,les aparecera 3 controladores android,
en el 1ro buscan manualmente el driver,puertos com,alcatel,alcatel hs usb qsc como va indicando la imagen,
ay les generara el puerto,
ahora abrir sigma,plataforma qualcomm,elegir el modelo exacto que seria 5154,elegir puerto,eliminar frp



otra forma

a mi no me salia con la sigmabox y probe con el modulo QC Fire de la UMT y en segundos salio el reset FRP. Eligen Generic Qualcomm y le dan a reset frp. Despues de eso le pide que conecten el celular apagado presionando los botones de volumen mas y menos y listo. Sin FRP en segundos. Espero les sirva. Saludos
