Dear expectional experts please I once had this model j737p but the issue is that both oem lock and frp lock is active please is this any solution many have tried and failed please me am a young technician too

I have successfully flashed the eng boot.img via Samsung tool pro but after switching it on adb is still not active. I saw a post that claims I should load the official firmware to remove oem lock I have successfully done that but OEM is still locked. Please any solution is highly appreciated.

P.S the phone is SM-J737P refine edition

And also all bypass solution on YouTube are not working to me

use z3x to flash the full combination
Wait until you finish flashing the combination the phone will light up with the combination

Then you have to enter the setting and activate the development mode. Search the internet to activate the developer mode after activating the developed mode. enter the option. There will be the option to activate that option after doing a factory reset since adjustment will completely eliminate the frp then you have to flash the full firmware with the z3x that would be all
