Entrar a Modulo MTK de la NCK Box
en la parte de IMEI UTILS marcar las opciones FORMAT VRAM y FORMAT VDATA y dar click en FORMAT SELECTED... una vez terminado el proceso ya se restaura el Baseband
ya luego reparar IMEI

Exe version: NCKDongle AndroidMTK 2.7.7
Selected phone: ELBRUS
Action : IMEI REPAIR.
Phone must be off with battery inside.
Battery must be charged
