this just happened to me if you are going to unlock that device J337T, from tmobile always remove the sim before starting the process because is gonna say unlocked and is not, DONT WASTE YOUR CREDITS, AND DIAL *#0808# AND SELECT DM+ACM+ADB, and hit ok, then connect and do the rest with the box, it will work, thanks guys
