Moto G4 Hard Reset Xt1622

Me llego un XT1622 Moto G4, por alguna razon, la barra superior no permitia el acceso a las opciones, trata de hacerle un Reset desde ajuste y el boton lo tenia desabilitada, para poder hacerle hard reset lo puse en modo fastboot y ejecute estos comandos
