READ CERT
1. Primero hay que habilitar el puerto diagnostico en el teléfono marcando *#0808#, va elegir la última opción (dm+modem+adb), de ahí va conectar el teléfono a la computadora por cable USB.
2. En GCPro al estar conectado el teléfono va dar click en Scan Port para mostrar los puertos disponibles, debe mostrar 2 puertos disponibles para Samsung, Mobile USB Serial Port & Mobile USB Modem. Aquí se debe elegir Mobile USB Serial Port para hacer la lectura del CERT y elije Mobile USB Modem le va dar error.
3. Ya elegido el puerto correcto en la lista de modelos elije cualquier modelo luego se va a la pestaña de Samsung y elije Exynos Unlock y click en Start. El proceso para mí se tarda un poco menos de 3 minutos.
1. First the diagnostic port must be enabled on your phone to do this dial *#0808# and choose the last option that appears on the menu (dm+modem+adb), from here just connect your phone to the computer with the standard USB cable.
2. Once your phone is connected go to GCPro and click the Scan Port button to show the available ports. It should show two ports for Samsung, Mobile USB Serial Port & Mobile USB Modem. For this part of the process we must choose Mobile USB Serial Port because if the Mobile USB Modem port is chosen you will get an error.
3. Once the correct port has been choose we go to the model list and pick any model then to the Samsung tab go to the drop down menu then select Exynos Unlock and click the start button. The process took under 3 minutes for me.
EFS RESET
1. Ahora que ya tiene el respaldo de su CERT guardado (asegúrese de que está en la ubicación correcta para cuando lo necesite antes de hacer este paso) se debe hacer el reset de los EFS y para hacer esto debe poner su teléfono en modo descarga.
2. Cuando el teléfono este en modo descarga se va conectar a la computadora con el cable USB, en GCPro va hacer otro port scan y va elegir SAMSUNG Mobile USB Modem.
3. Vamos a la pestaña de Samsung en GCPro en el menú va elegir ExynosEFS RESET y dar click en Start, el proceso se tarda minuto y medio más o menos. Vea o descargue las instrucciones en el siguiente enlace.
1. Now that you have the CERT saved (make sure it’s there for when you need it before doing this) the EFS have to be reset and to do this you have to put the phone in download mode.
2. Once the phone is in download mode connect it to the computer via the USB cable, in GCPRO you will do another port scan and choose SAMSUNG Mobile USB Modem port.
3. In the Samsung tab of GCPro go to the drop down menu and choose ExynosEFS RESET and click Start. This operation took about a minute and a half to complete.
DRK FIX
1. Caundo el teléfono reinicie después de hacer la operación de ExynosEFS RESET lo debe poner en modo de prueba marcando *#0*#.
2. Cuando este en modo prueba si tiene la GCPro Box solo conecte su cable UART C3300K de la caja al teléfono pero si tiene el GCPro Dongle va tener que usar otra caja con puerto UART como puente. Solamente conecte la otra caja con su cable USB pero no inicie el programa de esa caja, de ahí conecta el cable UART C3300K de la caja puente al teléfono que está en modo de prueba.
3. Ya que todo está conectado se va a GCPro y hace otro Port Scan, aquí va elegir el puerto que le corresponde a la caja que estamos usando como puente o la GCPro box. Vamos a la pestaña de Samsung en el menú vamos a elegir DRK_Repair y hacer click en Start. Esta operación se tarda poco menos de 2 minutos y medio.
NOTA: si GCPro le tira error que no puede encontrar el teléfono el problema puede ser el cable pero lo más probable es que el problema es con la caja que está usando como puente UART. Yo intente primero con la sigma y después con Z3X y siempre me tiraba el error y recordé que esas dos cajas siempre han dado problema con los controladores y me fui a la Octoplus que nunca me da errores de ese tipo y salió a la primera. Recomiendo probar antes de hacer cualquier cosa probar que su puente UART funciona.
1. Once the phone restarts after completing the ExynosEFS RESET operation it must be put into test mode by dialing *#0*#.
2. Once the phone is in test mode you must use the C3300k UART cable and if you have the GCPro box connect it directly to that but if you have the GCPro dongle you must use another box that has a UART port as a bridge. All you do is connect the box with the UART port with its USB cable but do not run its program, just connect the phone to the box via the UART C3300k cable and be certain the phone is still in test mode.
3. Now that everything is connected go to GCPro run another port scan and choose the port that corresponds to the box you are using as the UART Bridge or to the GCPro box. Then go to the Samsung tab in the drop down menu choose DRK_Repair and click the Start button. This operation took around 2 and a half minutes to complete
NOTE: If GCPro gives you an error saying that it cannot find the phone the problem could be in the UART cable but most likely it’s whatever box you are using as the UART bridge. I first tried with Sigma and Z3X and kept getting the error until I remembered that I have always had driver issues with those two boxes so I went to Octoplus which has never given me any driver problems and the operation was successful on the first try. Before doing anything I suggest making sure you have UART functionality.
IMEICert write
1. Ya completo el proceso de DRK_Repair tenemos que escribir el CERT que respaldamos en la primera operación, dejando todo como esta con el cable UART, el teléfono en modo de prueba, y el mismo puerto de la caja UART seleccionado
2. Siempre en la pestaña de Samsung en GCPro vamos al menú y seleccionamos IMEICert write luego damos click en start, de ahí vamos seleccionar el archivo CERT que respaldamos. debería estar en C:\GCPro_Team\Backup\CERT la operación se tarda 3 minutos más o menos y luego uno debe apagar y encender el teléfono de nuevo con un chip local adentro. La liberación me función sin problema pero al marcar *#06# le va tirar el imei pero lo más probable es que no esté el S/N, intente varias formas que se supone lo restauran pero ninguna resulto.

2. In the Samsung tab of GCPro go to the drop down menu choose IMEICert write and click start. From there we have to select our backup CERT file which should be located in C:\GCPro_Team\Backup\CERT this operation takes around 3 minutes and once it completes you have to restart your phone with a previously unsupported SIM. My unlock worked perfectly but when dialing *#06# it will display the IMEI but the S/N will most likely be missing, I tried a few things which were supposed to restore the S/N but nothing worked.
