Aqui mi aporte para desbloquear/liberar Alcatel U5 (4047G) Unefon Mexico:

-Abrir NckDongle MTKAndroid 2.5.8.2
-Pestaña Unlocking
-Poner en Phone Settings :
**0- BY CPU
**MT6737M
-Connection Method: Meta Mode
-Darle en Direct Unlock.
-Conectar el celular con los dos botones de volumen presionado

Selected connection metod: META Mode
Exe version: NCKDongle AndroidMTK 2.5.8.2

Action: Unlock
Phone must be off with battery inside.
Please insert USB cable now...
In some phones need to keep VOL- button untill inserting USB cable.
