reboot to recovery
[ii] select advance option
[iii] reboot with adb
[iv] connect usb cable and go to device manager on your pc
[v] search for mediatek preloader com port number and type the number into the vivo format tool
[vi] click btn2 icon in the vivo format tool
[vii] wait for few seconds and format will automatically begin
