Yo lo hice de la siguiente manera, oprimir vol- conectamos el equipo a la computadora apagado
soltar el boton asta que encienda el celular, apareserá un menu Factorykit Test, eligimos Full Test
apareserá un mensaje. Clear CIT Flag aceptamos, reiniciamos el equipo, listo ya nos saltarä la cuenta
