Que tal amigos, alguien que pueda ayudarme a subirle software a este teléfono motorola que le subieron mal el software, entonces yo al subirlo me marca varios que aquí les dejo el log:

Todo me lo marca igual con el: FAILED (remote failure) en cada comando.
No puedo desbloquear el boot porque el teléfono no enciende bien y no tengo como activar el OEM
También al terminar de subir el software se va automáticamente a una pantalla con letras rojas (les dejo foto)
Alguna solución que haya, ya que no se que mas subirle de software.?
