Abrir NCK Box y seleccionar la pestaña "Factory Reset-Format Storage". Después seleccionar la nueva opción que nos trajo la actualización más actual llamada "Bypass Boot Security". Luego dar click en el botón "Format UserData". Lo siguiente es conectar los puntos del TP por medio del cable USB a la PC para que nos genere el puerto "MediaTek USB Port" y la box comience su trabajo.
PD: Cuando finalice su trabajo la box el celular encenderá y pedirá un "Low-level Format", el cual es necesario para que encienda correctamente. También si ustedes gustan pueden realizar un hard reset con botones como último paso:
