Ya que me encontré con problemas al intentar repararlo, pues tenía el software de Telcel MX con seguridad de 24/05/2018:
*Primero restauren el teléfono para que no tengan que botar el FRP
1.- Poner en Download Mode y cargar el software con seguridad de 26/09/2017 igual de telcel, M400MT10a_03_TCL_MX_OP_0905.kdz de la página de soporte, con la misma caja (me mandó un par de advertencias, les dí que sí tanto a cargar aunque pueda brickearse como a reparticionar).
**De preferencia tilden en el backup de EEPROM
2.-Posteriormente y en cuanto inicie, poner de nuevo en Download Mode y a reparar el IMEI (sin problemas).
***Ocupé la versión de z3x LG Tool v9.53
