Hola en mi caso yo lo realizo encendido el equipo sin Root ni diag solo tecleo los siguiente comandos:
Before detection connect cable to usb and enable Manufacture mode !

2.USB ports setting
Select Manufacture mode (for MTK other/debug mode)
