Tinenes problema de puerto, lo mas probable. inclusive tienes el puerto "com" demasiado alto. revisa driver, yo he realizado varios equipos ya sin inconvenientes.

Ya reinstale drivers y todo y nada... Alguna otra opcion? Voy a ver los drivers de la UMT

ami tambien me sale esto ay queda probado en tres maquinas diferentes drivers bien instalados puede ser por el parche de seguridad tiene julio del 2019 mas que seguro

Modulo NckBox Spreadtrum Box o Dongle

Abrimos el modulo mencionado
Vamos a Diag Mode Utils, Enter Diag y conectamos el equipo apagado y se activara el diag mode
Ingresar el imei
Poner el imei1 le damos a write imei-sn-wifi y reparara!
