con el modulo de spreadtrum, en la péstaña Diag mode Util, y dar clic en Factory reset- Wipe Phone, lo pueden conectar encendido y lo apagan y lo demás lo hace la box. no se si traia cuenta pero cuando reinicio entro sin problemas hasta el menu.
