Me autorespondo despues de unas horas de haber publicado. Dejo solucion aqui abajo:


Trabajo: F4 LG K9 LM-X210HM.

Parche de seguridad: 1 Diciembre 2018.

Módulo: Octoplus Pro.

Primer paso: Conectar a su PC el equipo seleccionando modo MTP SIEMPRE ACTIVADO.
(Tenerlo activado aún después de degradar)

Segundo paso: Degradar con Octopus el siguiente Firmware: X210HM10a_02_TCL_MX_OP_0511.kdz

Tercer paso: Ya degradado el sistema teclear
*#546368#*210#
Ir a SVC Menú, luego Port check test y por último enabled.

Después: Pestaña "Repair IMEI/BT. Poner IMEI original solo cambiando los últimos dos dígitos.
Esperar a que reinicie el equipo y listo full señal.

La función de copia de seguridad de escritura no funciona para este dispositivo con la última
Versiones de firmware. Si encuentra algún problema durante la reparación de IMEI
operación: no podrá restaurar el teléfono a su estado inicial, por lo que
proceda bajo su propio riesgo.

traducido entonces no esta soportado te tocara degradar el sistema pero sera bajo tu propio riesgo o esperar a que lancen una actualizacion
