sbuenas colega, si muchas veces le podemos dar a la App devices y podria salir el desbloqueo, pero con estos temas de actualizaciones continuas cadaactualizacion
que le hagas al equipo se protege mas para su desbloque, si tiene una seguridad bien baja o anteriora noviembre o diciembre del 2020, muy posible que salga por la app device, recuerda que cada vez que se actualiza son 180 dias mas en el contrato si no le han hecho el unlock por la App
