hola a todos les paso dejando este pequeño aporte de como liberar esta tablet , lo primero que tienen que hacer es root con kingroot aca el log

Yo lo hice de manera diferente con NCK Dongle.

1. Abrir modulo Qualcomm de NCK.
2. Ir a UTILS y con la tablet encendida y con ADB activado, dar click en Android Reboot ADB to EDL.
3. Ir a SIMLOCK.
4. Seleccionar Alcatel y el modelo OT-9006W.
5. Dar click en Unlock.
6. Nos preguntará si queremos desbloquear en modo diagnóstico o modo descarga, seleccionamos modo descarga y esperamos a que termine.
7. Listo!
