X230h Hard Reset - frp

No lo encontre en Google y decidi postearlo

1.- Boton encendido e inmediatamente Vol+
2.- En cuanto salga el logo de Android acostado soltar y presionar igualmente Encendido y despues Vol+ y soltarlos
3.- Seleccionar wipe data factory reset

2.- Conectar el usb sin bateria y presionando Vol- e inmediatamente poner la bateria
3.- Esperar que termine el proceso
