Enable Diag Mode, ADB, or access the hidden Engineer Menu on a Redmi/Xiaomi device running a Spreadtrum / Unisoc (SPD) CPU, you can use dialer codes, ADB shell commands, or service tools.
Method 1: The Dialer Codes
Open the stock phone dialer app and type the following codes sequentially. The menu should pop up automatically after typing the last character:

*#*#4554#*#* or *#*#11634#*#* (Alternative diagnostic/VoLTE activation codes)

Once inside the Unisoc/SPD Engineer Mode menu, navigate to the Connectivity or Debug tab to manually toggle USB Debugging / ADB and Diag Mode.
