Hola chicos, pasé unas horas pensando en cómo rootear.

1) Habilite las Opciones de Desarrollador, Depuración USB y Desbloqueo OEM (use adb para desbloquear el gestor de arranque también [lea las instrucciones desde la pantalla fastboot])

2) Reinicie al Modo Fastboot, Usando ADB a través de un PC escribimos:

adb reboot bootloader
fastboot oem unlock
fastboot reboot bootloader

3) Agregue root_boot.img en su carpeta adb

4) En tipo ADB:

fastboot flash boot root_boot.img

5) Después del flash exitoso, escriba:

fastboot reboot

6) Instalar la aplicación Magisk Manager

En octoplus el modelo esta disponible para elegirlo, en z3x eliges X210MA.

Muy buen día amigo, de esas casualidades de la vida ayer llegó uno de esos aquí, a continuación le diré lo que hice para hacerle unlock:

Cabe resaltar que venía con versión V20C

1) Pasé el firmware X210MA10k_00_MPCS_US_OP_0816.kdz (ese lo encuentran con San Google)

2) Desbloquear el bootloader

3) Flashear el archivo patched_boot.img (lo descargué de

4) Instalar la aplicación MagiskManager.apk

5) En mi caso hice unlock con Z3X seleccionando el modelo X210MA, y le dejo el log de la operación:

Este no le paraliza el touch correcto? He estado bajando varios firmwares por si acaso eso sucede.

No amigo, ese deja el touch funcionando, tuve ese problema con otro archivo, pero sólo escribí ese boot y se solucionó lo del touch...

Bueno les cuento mi travesia.

Vi varios posts en otros foros dnd no habia necesidad de flashar firmwares de otro modelo, por lo que intente probar todo lo que estuviese a mi alcance antes de cambiar de flash.

Lo primero que hice obviamente fue desbloquear bootloader via fastboot y despues correr el patched_boor.img que posteo el colega arriba, el equipo efectivamente inicio con tactil funcionando y el Magisk ya instalado, mas cuando lo iba a abrir me pedia actualizar y al intentar unlock con Octo me decia que no tenia root.

Actualice via Wifi, pero ahora me decia que Magisk no funcionaba en version menores de la 18 con este modelo.

Aqui casi me doy por vencido y me iba a ir a flashear la rom, pero vi que habia un Magisk recien salido vesion 18.1 lo descargue, vi que estaba en formato Zip, asi que la unica manera de integrarlo al equipo iba a ser medio Twrp... Segui investigando un poco y encontre un Twrp de x210cm que muchos decian que no me correria el Touch sin embargo, con un cable OTG y un mouse USB iba a poder flashar el Magisk, sorprendetemente el touch funciono asi que no necesite nada de eso (Ya me ha pasado en Aristo 2 x210MA con soft 10k por ejemplo).

Ok flashe el Magisk 18.1 exitosamente (Sin verify opt encrypt ni nada de eso), reinicie el equipo sin wipear y ahora si abria el magisk bien. Y ahora si manos a la obra:

Disculpen lo extenso pero es para que quede aqui en el foro y le sirva a otros, ya que en verdad tuve que leer, recopilar info de 3 foros diferentes pero pude simplificar el metodo inicial, ya sabemos que no es necesario cambiar la flash, almenos no con la version 10k hacia abajo. Aqui les voy a dejar el Magisk, el TWRP que me funciono.

Nada del otro mundo, la diferencia es que no vamos a flashear ni firmware ni el patched_boot.

Enciendes el telefono, activas depuracion y OEM unlock. Lo apagas. Conectas el cable con volumen abajo para que entre en modo bootloader o fastboot.

Desbloquear bootloader con el comando: fastboot oem unlock

Despues flashar el Twrp: fastboot flash recovery a210cm.img (El archivo .img tiene que ir en la carpeta donde estes ejecutando el cmd, yo almenos uso minimal adb and fastboot que se instala en la carpeta de archivos de programa de windows).

Despues tener una memoria Sd con el archivo Magisk18.1 en la raiz de la memoria SD.

Le sacas la pila. Enciendes el telefono presionando Volumen arriba y power, cuando te muestre el logo sigues manteniendo vol + pero power lo sueltas y le das otro toque enseguida (Esto es para forzar al equipo a que vaya a recovery).

Te saldra una pantalla blanca preguntandote si quieres darle wipe al equipo, le dices YES y despues otra vez YES.

Ahi estaremos en TWRP (Si no logran hacer la combinacion de botones pueden desde cmd con el equipo encendido con depuracion con el comando: adb reboot recovery).

Boton install. Escogen la memoria SD y buscan el Magisk y le dan flash. Al terminar si quieren sacan la pila y lo encienden o se van al menu ppal y le dan reboot y despues system.

Ya ahi tendremos root. Ya despues es activar el diag con las instrucciones de cada herramienta. En Octoplus es:

#546368#212#

go to "Port Check Test" (or "SVC Menu -> Port Check Test") and switch "Port Check Test" to "Enabled".

Y despues Unlock. Pendiente del fingerprint cuando te pida permiso el root darle Grant. Si da error, es normal, volver a intentar hasta que pase. Quita 100 creditos Octoplus y 10 en Z3x.

Puedes degradar el android pero no la seguridad hasta dnd se. Puedes dejar brick al equipo. En tu caso tienes q buscar una flash android 7 con seguridad 20d o superior, mas nunca inferior.

Se ha hecho el downgrade de la version 20d al 10k o 10l y ha sido exitoso, asi que creo que puedes hacerlo sin problemas.

Y como o con cuales archivos le hiciste root a tu dispositivo colega? tengo uno en mis manos justo ahora pero no quiero meterle manos aun ya que no he visto con cuales archivos se le hace root si riesgo a que no de touch, ya que solo ello me faltaria ya que segun tu ese esl firmware para degradar.

Despues de degradar el equipo, procedes a
pasos:
activar depuracion
activar unlock OEM
encender modo bootloader
Fastboot oem unlock
esperar que suba
reiniciar en modo bootloader otra vez
flashear el

Debes estar registrado para ver los enlaces

y luego lo enciendes en moodo recovery
si aqui no te da touch y la pantalla te aparece por mitad....
no te preocupes buscas un cable OTG y le conectas un mouse y seleccionas para instalar zip por sideload
le flasheas el

Debes estar registrado para ver los enlaces

por sideload y cuando el cell inicie queda root
haces unlock y si deseas todo normal flasheas nuevamente
despues que termine vuelves a bloquear el bootloader y hacer hard reset telefono desbloqueado y con firmware de fabrica

Los METROPCS tienen una aplicación propia DEVICE UNLOCK, a menos que no cumplas los requisitos para liberación por la red de METROPCS, pero casi siempre funciona, coloca un sim de otra operadora, conectate a una red wifi y abre la aplicación que comenté y haces tap en DEVICE UNLOCK PERMANENTLY o algo asi ahorita no recuerdo, a veces hay que intentar varias veces hasta que se conecte al servidor y VOILA...

1) Habilite las Opciones de Desarrollador, Depuración USB y Desbloqueo OEM (use adb para desbloquear el gestor de arranque también [lea las instrucciones desde la pantalla fastboot])

2) Reinicie al Modo Fastboot, Usando ADB a través de un PC escribimos:

adb reboot bootloader
fastboot oem unlock
fastboot reboot bootloader

3) Agregue root_boot.img en su carpeta adb

4) En tipo ADB:

fastboot flash boot root_boot.img

5) Después del flash exitoso, escriba:

fastboot reboot

6) Instalar la aplicación Magisk Manager

En octoplus el modelo esta disponible para elegirlo, en z3x eliges X210MA.
